REFUND POLICY
1. If you wish to change or cancel your online flower delivery order you can do so, however we would ask that you contact us within 2 hours.
2. Modification of your order may not be possible if it has already been dispatched to our Delivery Team.
3. We start processing same day flower delivery orders within 1– 8 hours; therefore, please contact us within this time period if you wish to change your order. As we are working with fresh flower products, once your floral arrangement has been created, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel or amend the order.
4. As we deal with fresh flower products, returns of flower arrangements are unfortunately not possible except condition mentioned by in paragraph 5.
5. We have guarantee for flowers 72 hours from the time of delivery. If the recipient receives damaged or sub-standard flowers, please contact us immediately so we can arrange the following:
7. Please note that we cannot refund or replace any products if we are notified of the damage after more than 24 hours from receipt.8. Refunds are processed via their original payment method and can take up to 4-10 business days to appear in your account.
